Time flies. It is eight years from July 2009 to present, I love our company and I’m grateful for the past eight years developing with our company. Looking back on this familiar path, we have left every little drops, we had the joy, we had our laughter, we also have our efforts, and a group of young people's dream. They wrote their youthful days with passion and devotion, and they will stick and try to spare their efforts on ordinary posts. I feel great honored to be a financial staff to witness and participate in the glorious development of the company.
The memory is like a book, taking back to each wonderful paragraph, reliving each growth moments. When to write, a lot of emotion sprang. Time is like the fine sand in our fingertips quietly passing by. When we look at the sand, it has scattered through our fingers. It records our footsteps and the way we have walked along. When a piece of mundane and passionate history emerges before my eyes, a beautiful memory appears. However what impresses me most is: I see a group of young people come from everywhere to construct my hometown Benxi, responsible for the staff employment and tax increasing for local government’s social stability and economic development; I see a group of young people who are struggling to start their own businesses, regardless of hard conditions, not fear for difficulties, and work hard. I see a group of young people, with strength of character, faith, and dare to undertake all kinds of responsibility, and share the biggest joy and encouragement, which let me realize the meaning of life by working with such a group of young people: they provide us a platform of showing wisdom, they provide us space of showing talent; It is their pep talk that encourage me the full of confidence and responsibility. Now I'm sitting under the light and I want to write a piece more to celebrate the eighth birthday of Benxi.YongXing Company.
I’ve remembered that in the early days of the company, a group of young people started from scratch. At that time, here was vegetable field in Benxi bridge which is now our company's factory site. Due to the needs of economic development into industrial zone approved by the state, our company founder Lin Qiantao General Manager with several thirty years old young men from Fujian. They wavied spades at the site daytime, together with the builders, and they continued to discuss plan of building in the evening, every day and night, braving the sweltering heat, cold. They ate and lived in the scene, with summer house leaking rain, winter house leaking wind, it is a group of young people that were in such a tough environment, with the loyalty, diligence, releasing the harmony, wisdom. Relying on the government, they raised funds in many ways, and just on this land, many tall buildings were springing up, new production equipment installations springing up, which touched me, as if it was not a work site, but a modern production base.
Now they have grown, some ones have already been chief executive, general manager, but whenever you call their name thousands of times, Qiantao (Lin Qiantao),Liantong (Huang Liantong), Xiaoxie (Xie Jianyu), Yuzi(Yu Xinli), Weisheng (Lin Weisheng), Lin Zhong, Xiaowang (Wang Jiannan), Qingqing (Huang QIngqing), whose nick names have been called as a habit ,it’s sttill called so smooth, so loud. These young people, who have been together all day, are still so familiar, so kind, and their spirit of selflessness will always be remembered in my heart.
I’ve remembered that When the wheel of history rolled into 2011, the second generation took the baton from the first generation, Chen Zhenyu became the person in charge of the enterprise. he Striveed for the development, bold exploration, made various attempts to refine the internal control management, improving the cost control, promoted the enterprise management manual revision, finance, warehouse, purchasing of kingdee K3 software system running, etc. During the process of these efforts to explore and expand the vision of a company management team, he established and perfected the enterprise system, made the culture of the enterprise core idea, today we reduced to words called " Unity, Endeavour, ,Reality and Innovation ". The second generation's brave spirit of exploration and boldness will always be remembered in my heart. In 2013, the development of enterprises the general manager of the third generation was taken by Sha Yunde. As head of the enterprise, he was aggressive, continuous innovation, the development of enterprises , which was beyond the vision of ordinary people. Abiding by the foundation of the wisdom of the team, for mutually beneficial, and strategic needs as a starting point, he set from the management system, business strategy, enterprise architecture, market control and profit distribution and other aspects, adjustment, straightening out the relationship between the enterprise and the interests of the employees. He focused the linking of trade relations, striving to build a harmonious enterprise development space for maximum of mutual benefit and completed a leap development. This generation's spirit of innovation and enterprising spirit will always be remembered in my heart.
Once the company organized a winter indoor and outdoor development training, core theme was " Team, Leap, Communicate and Interact ". The leap was crossing the barriers between people, to communicate effectively, to enhance team cohesion, to make full use of the case and interactive experience to help comrades in expanding training experience to the team and the importance of the unity of the infinite power. In this expand training we were divided into two teams tiger team and wolves hunt team for combat training, Under the guidance of team captain all completed the "island survival", " seven-piece puzzle " and "trust fall back", "the grid", "high broken bridge", "the graduation wall" and other tasks. What impressed me most was that when we stood in the shaking "high broken bridge" with nothing to handle, a bold challenge, 8 meters high iron column beneath your feet, seeing the sky overhead. Everyone felt the responsibility for the team, unity, trust. We will be able to invincible and change impossible to possible as a team, we will experience this feeling into practical work. Unity is strength, to complete the company's production and management objective, this period of life still will forever be remembered in my heart.
No pain, no gain. I deeply feel each step in the development of Benxi YongXing company full of hard sweat, and it condensed wisdom, full of all levels of government, trading friends, group leadership’s care and help. As we celebrate the eighth anniversary of the establishment of the company, in the first half of 2017 in the new leadership and the efforts of all staff, the company’s production, sales a on economic benefits are achieving the best in history, I think it’s the best gift for the eighth anniversary. Looking back on the past eight years, it is just a starting point, in the coming days, as a Benxi YongXing person, we will closely unite with leaders, in our respective positions dare to be responsible for what we have done, with targets, hearts, love and dedications, loyalty, gratitude, unity, pragmatic, highly efficient, continuously improving product quality, environmental management, technology innovation, management measures such as safety, saving energy and reducing consumption, setting up the crisis consciousness, competition consciousness, consciousness of innovation and dedication, team spirit, facing all kinds of challenges in the fierce market competition, and our company will make full use of the wisdom of each employee into the company's development, starting from the "heart", all for steady and healthy development, and new essay in the new expedition.
