Introduction: In order to effectively safeguard the physical health of employees, enhance corporate cohesion, foster a work environment focused on safe production and healthy living, and promote the corporate spirit of 'caring for employees, putting people first,' Yongxing Steel (Thailand) Company organized and conducted the free annual health checkup for employees on November 14, 2023.

Yongxing Steel (Thailand) Company has always placed significant emphasis on employee safety and health. Under the guidance of company leadership, the PRO Department meticulously screened various inspection institutions in Prachin Buri early this year. After comprehensive evaluation and comparison, a reputable institution with comprehensive medical services was selected. On November 14, 2023, this institution provided health checkup services on-site for all Chinese, Thai, and Burmese employees employed by the company. The HR Department, referring to previous years' annual employee health checkups, pre-planned and detailed the checkup procedures, arranged notifications, and organized the checkup venue to ensure a smooth checkup process.

A total of 892 individuals underwent checkups this year, encompassing employees of Chinese, Thai, and Burmese nationalities. Hence, the HR department meticulously arranged translation assistance to facilitate communication. At the checkup site, Chinese-Thai and Chinese-Burmese translators were often seen assisting in language communication, not only facilitating linguistic communication for each examination but also assisting in managing the checkup order, ensuring everyone completed their checkups efficiently and smoothly.

Conducting the annual health checkup enables employees to timely understand their health status, enhances their awareness of early treatment for illnesses and preventive healthcare.
