Benxin Yongxin company visit and learn the clean production in Shanshui Group.

On March 18th, 2014, company had organized about 30 employees from logistic department, production department to Shanshui Group Cement Co.,LTD. to learn the experience of clean production.

After arriving at Shanshui Group, neat office building, square, flower beds, gave everyone a striking first impression. If it was not for the cement standing behind the office building, it’s very difficult for us to put this company into relation with cement production.

In the meeting room, we obtained the warm reception from the general manager Mz.Jiang and deputy production factory director Mr.Zhang. Firstly, Manager Jiang introduced valuable experience from Shanshui group in dealing with clean production. Jiang smilingly said that actually, Shenyang Shanshui group had been bothered by clean production previously for a long time. But after directly communicating with brother factories, we summed up one word that everyone should be responsible. When production personnel are changing shifts, if sanitation of any post is unqualified, they need to clean it to be off of duty. The first step for the clean of production area is to fix the damaged and water dropping area, and then use broom to sweep and so on. A period time later, workers will take this as granted, and then health environment will become better. Outside of production area, we have divided them into several parts and allocate them to different department and persons in charge. Meanwhile, we will check regularly, publish the results, reward good performance and punish bad performance. After a period of efforts, factory becomes clean without blind angle.

After the end of exchange of experience in meeting room, everybody went to corresponding department for further study. Clean and neat aisle, control room, mill, orderly warehouse, material warehouse, tank place and so on impressed everyone deeply.

During the period of return trip, we constantly exchanged experience. All of us declared that as long as the responsibility was assigned to me, we would seriously carry out not only our original duties but also the responsibility to create a neat, happy work environment.
