Because of its geographical location, Zhengzhou Long Xing water supply system are dependent on itself well facilities long time. Now because the aging of the facility, it often collapsed causing water turbidity, resulting in frequent failure of production equipment, logistics department water problems and so on. 
After entering in August, the company led the research, set up by the company vice president Lin Yun fei, mechanic Dang ya xuan ect, who is to conduct a comprehensive renovation to the company's water system . After investigation and analysis, The ad hoc group of people decided to transform the waterway in three steps. 
First, due to poor water quality, hardness is large, damage successive brass casting shop. The ad hoc group members and the casting director Hao ming liang, who analyzed the fault, agree that the original water treatment equipment has been unable to meet production needs, decide to replace the water treatment equipment. Everything, after approval by the General Manager, the Purchasing Department is responsible for contacting vendors to install for the factory. Replaced water treatment equipment, has been able to ensure a life of copper reached 3,000 tons of steel billet pulled. The situation never happens, which one day can only produce about 1700 tons of steel billets or one day need to replace the copper brass. Casting of water reform reaches the expected goal.  
Secondly, in order to ensure effectively the clean of employees’ drinking water, the group decided to install pure water treatment equipment at logistics department, so that treated water can meet drinkable standards. With the relevant departments’ strong support, which needs water treatment equipment, logistics department installs it within two days. Currently, Administration department never received employees’ complained which is because of large water sediment, where there is impurity or unprocessed leaves in porridge.  
Finally, in order to solve the problem of water quality once and for all, the group decided to abandon aging wells facilities in the company, and lay waterway from other places to the company. It is s large project and time is tight. In order to ensure to complete the construction renovation at the company’s stipulated time node - September 2, currently mechanic Dang ya xuan is leading the whole machine repair persons to carry forward the spirit of fearless tired ,race against time, work efficiently, working overtime to rush forward. 
With above three steps transformation ,not only Long Xing company's production equipment been effectively protected, but also employees have safe drinking water and sale meal, all of them do a thumb from the heart, praising the company done a good and practical thing. The future, Long Xing company will transform old or unreasonable equipment, to improve company production and staffs’ efficiency with effective technology reform, so that the company's performance reach a higher level!
