In the morning of September 28, 2012, the meeting held by Zhengzhou Longxing Concrete Pipe & Stake Accessory Company to commend roll mill production line achieving the target opened at 9:00 in the factory. Zhang Dawei, the assistant of the general manager, presided over the meeting. Wang Hualin, the standing deputy general manager of the company, and Lin Qianqei, the vice manager of the production department, summarized and commended about the roll mill three months pilot production lasting from June to August.

Wang Hualin, the standing deputy general manager, specially noted at the meeting that the success of the pilot production came from the support of the senior leaders and the cooperation between each department and every worker.

Wang Hualin did not forget to emphasize the importance of safety when commending the model workers. He reported to all workers the work accidents happened during June to August and pointed out the defects which need to be improved.

At the same time, Wang Hualin restated the company’s next aim and key points of the management. He hoped that every worker in the future could make contribution to the development of the company.

Near the end of the meeting, Wang Hualin and Lin Qianwei awarded prize and gifts to 21 model workers.
